By placing an order through Baked by Miss E, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions
DEPOSIT
A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total order amount is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your event date and booking details
ORDERS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL A DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED
PAYMENT / CANCELATIONS / REFUNDS
Full payment of your order is required 7 days prior to your scheduled collection or delivery date
cancellations made 5 days prior to scheduled collection or delivery will result in a partial refund - excluding the 50% non-refundable deposit
no refund will be issued to orders cancelled 48 hours prior to scheduled collection or delivery
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
delivery is available (Monday - Saturday) within a 15km radius. Subject to availability
Collection of goods is available
Monday - Friday ( 12 pm - 5 pm)
Saturday (10 am - 3 pm)
NO COLLECTION OR DELIVERY ON SUNDAYS.
customers are responsible for informing me of specifics regarding the collection time of goods. Failure to collect baked goods within the organised time frame, unless otherwise discussed, will result in your collection time being rescheduled
All tiered cakes must be delivered to avoid any possibility of damage. tiered cakes may also need to be assembled at the venue
DAMAGE
All orders are provided with care instructions on the best way to transport, handle and store your precious cargo. Once your order has been delivered or collected, responsibility for any mishandling or damage is transferred to you as the customer
